LPM Fitness (the “App”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below.

2. Data We Collect

We follow Apple’s App Store Connect privacy categories:

• Data Linked to You
  • Contact Info: Name and Email Address — used so you can create an account, receive receipts, and recover passwords.
  • Health & Fitness: Fitness Data (e.g. workout duration, calories, heart-rate metrics you choose to sync) — used to power core training features and analytics.
• Data Not Linked to You
  • User Content: Photos or Videos you upload (e.g. progress pictures) and Other User Content such as workout notes. These items are stored separately from your personal profile.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data is collected solely for App functionality:

• Create and manage your LPM Fitness account.
• Sync workouts, goals, and progress across devices.
• Generate personalized training insights (e.g. charts, trends).
• Provide customer support and critical service updates.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only:

• With your explicit consent (e.g. exporting workouts to a third-party app).
• With service providers that help us run the App (cloud hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, property, or safety of LPM Fitness or users.

5. Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards—encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular security audits—to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continually improve safeguards to keep information safe.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & Export – View or export your data anytime from the Profile → Settings screen.
• Delete Account – You may permanently delete your account and all linked data via Settings. Deletions propagate from backups within 30 days.
• Email Preferences – Opt out of promotional emails without affecting transactional messages (receipts, password resets).

7. Children

LPM Fitness is intended for users 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will post the new version here and, when significant, notify you through the App or email.
